摘要
有机化学中,含有α-手性碳原子的手性脂肪羰基化合物(醛、酮)与亲核试剂的加成反应遵守克拉姆(Cram)规则,反应产生新的手性中心,其规律是具有优势构象的产物为主要产物。但判断何为优势构象产物较为困难,主要原因是难于正确书写反应物的优势构象式。这里介绍一种准确、快速的简便方法,帮助解决此类问题。
In organic chemistry,the nucleophilic addition reactions of aliphatic carbonyl compounds containing α- chiral carbon atom, such as aldehydes and ketones,should comply with the Cram rules,which generate a new chiral center and the product bearing dominant conformation is the major product. However,it is difficult to write correct dominant conformation of product,so to determine the dominant conformation of the product became difficult. To solve this problem,here an accurate,rapid and easy way was introduced.
