摘要
采用吸附胶体浮选法(ACF)直接脱除高浓度铝酸钠溶液中的可溶性铁化合物,探讨浮选过程中各因素对除铁效果的影响,并对浮选过程的机理进行研究。研究结果表明:在铝酸钠溶液晶种分解之前,当活化剂硫酸铜用量为85 mg/L,作用时间为3 min,浮选温度为90℃,空气流量为200 L/h,捕收剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)用量为200 mg/L时,浮选5 min后溶液中Fe2O3质量浓度由138 mg/L降低至21 mg/L;溶液中S2-质量浓度对浮选没有影响,而SO42-和CO32-质量浓度对浮选效果有不同程度的影响;在浮选过程中,硫酸铜与铁化合物的作用机理为共沉淀/吸附作用,捕收剂与杂质沉淀物的作用机理为化学吸附。
Absorbing colloid flotation (ACF) process was introduced to directly remove the soluble ferric compounds from sodium aluminate solution with high concentration. The influence of various factors on the removal of ferric compounds and the flotation mechanism were investigated. The results show that before seeded precipitation of sodium aluminate solution, under the optimum conditions for ferric removal, i.e., dosage of activator CuSO4 80 mg/L, action time 3 min, flotation temperature 90 ℃, air flow ratio 200 L/h, dosage of collector CTAB 200 mg/L, flotation time 5 min, the iron concentration in solution decreases from 138 mg/L to 21 mg/L. The sulfur concentration has slight effect on the flotation process, while the SO42- and CO32- can decrease the flotation efficiency. The action mechanism of CuSO4 and ferric compounds in solution is coprecipitation and adsorption pattern, and the collector CTAB absorbs on ferric compounds because of the chemical force.
