团体竞争性激励机制是指将班级分成几个团体,团体之间形成竞争的机制,它旨在提高团体内成员的学习兴趣和对班务的热情;在团体内,学生挖掘潜能,施展才华,在获取团体的优胜之时,自身也在竞争中收获颇丰,同时,班级也走上良性发展之路。
Group competitive incentive mechanism refers to dividing the class into several groups to form the competitive mechanism among groups,which aims at arousing group members＇ learning interest and enthusiasm for class service and helping students exploit their potential,display their talent within the group and harvest in the competition while their group wins and their class construction advances smoothly.
