摘要
在治理理论分析框架下,多元治理主体合作治理是人类社会治理模式的全新形态。在当代中国,建立政府主导下的社会治理共同体是中国经济、政治、社会和文化深刻变迁的产物,具有高度的适应性和迫切性。按照公共性规范和民主治理要求建构起来的政府主导下的社会治理共同体,对于提升治理公共性、优化公共服务、推进公共行政、创新社会治理,具有积极意义。
Within the framework of governance theory, cooperative governance between multiple governing subjects is a new form of human social governance. There are high adaptability and urgency to construct the government-dominating social governance community, which is the product of profound economic, political, cultural and social changes in contemporary China. Such a governance mechanism of social general affairs which is constructed according to common norms and democratic governance between multiple governing subjects will be of positive significance for enhancing public governance, improving public services, promoting public administration and the innovation of social governance.
