摘要
兴起于20世纪90年代的美国以人格为基点的性教育是对美国社会自上世纪60年代以来爆发的各种危机的直接回应,它强调守贞,鼓励青少年以健康成熟的婚姻为背景来经历性关系,这种教育的实质是以性建构主义为认识论基础的关于人格与形成人格的教育。以人格为基点的性教育主要通过以政府为主体推行的性纯洁教育、以社区为依托的性纯洁教育以及青少年家庭生活计划三种路径来实施。
Individualitybased sex education rising in the 1990s in America is a direct response to various crisis outbreaks in American society since the 1960s. It emphasizes virginity and encourages teenagers to engage in sexual relationship under a healthy mature marriage background. Its essence is the character and the formation of character education based on sexual construction epistemology. The sex education is implemented mainly in three ways: the government s abstinence education, absti nence education based on community and teenagers family life plan.
