基于LabVIEW的无线自动测控系统设计与实现

摘要 针对弹药爆炸现场爆压测量难的问题,采用LabVIEW为工具设计了一套无线自动测控系统,主要由传感器网络节点、无线中继站AP和上位机三部分组成。测控系统以LabVIEW为主控软件,利用图形化编程语言和模块化设计实现了对无线传感器网络节点的控制、实验数据的读取、存储和分析。通过系统验证和测试表明,该系统具有数据采集、无线传输和远程控制的能力,完全能够胜任恶劣环境下爆炸现场爆压测量的重任。 For the problem of detonation pressure measurement on site,a wireless automatic measurement and control system composed of sensor network node,wireless relay station AP and host computer is designed with LabVIEW. The measurement and control system uses LabVIEW as the main control software and achieves the functions of control,data reading,storing and analysis with graphical programming language and modular design. The verification and testing of system shows that the system has a capability of data acquisition,wireless transmission and remote control,and it can accomplish detonation pressure measurement in harsh environments.
