摘要 加速腔的机械制造过程中,产生的各种形变会使加速腔的谐振频率偏移目标频率,使得场分布不均,大大限制了加速梯度的提高,故而需要对加工好的加速腔的场分布进行测量和调整,针对北京大学射频超导实验室对多单元(cell)超导椭球加速腔以及轮辐(spoke)超导加速腔场分布的测量需求,在NI公司的LabVIEW8.5开发环境下,利用VISA与RS-232、GPIB接口通信实现了对电机的控制及矢量网络分析仪的数据读取,进而研制了一套用于微扰法的场分布测量系统,并对2cell加速腔进行了测量和误差分析。 During the process of accelerating cavity machinofacture,varies of deformation cause frequency shift and nonuniformity of field distribution,and even worse,lead to decrease of accelerating gradient.Therefore,after an accelerating cavity is processed,field distribution measurement of the cavity is necessary.On account to the requirements of measurement for multi-cell superconducting cavity and spoke cavity at PKU SRF laboratory,one Field Distribution measurement system based on LabVIEW and Perturbation method has been designed and installed.Through VISA and RS-232、GPIB interface communication,the system realize the function of controlling the electrical machine and reading data from vector network analyzer.Experiment result has been presented as well as error analysis.
