摘要
根据某矿用运煤车电缆收放液压控制系统的需要,基于通用插装阀技术,设计了一种可实现电缆收放自动控制的专用液压阀(组),可以保证运煤车在行驶过程中,电缆能在一定张紧力下实现自动收放,避免电缆被碾压或拉断,该阀(组)可以替换国外同类产品。
According to the need of a cable retractable hydraulic control system of a mine transportation vehicle,a cable retractable automatic control valve is designed,which is based on a common cartridge valve technology.It can ensure the cable retractable automatically on the condition of being tensioned when the vehicle is walking.And it can prevent the cable from being crushed or pulled off.The similar foreign products can be replaced completely by this valve.
