摘要 针对国内煤矿用拖曳电缆缺少有效检测曲绕性能试验装置的现状,研制了一套煤矿用拖曳电缆曲绕试验装置。该装置模拟拖曳电缆收放过程的牵引和曲绕工作状态,具备试验过程实时自动采集电缆张力和电阻变化,记录曲绕次数等功能。重点介绍了试验装置的结构组成、试验原理和功能实现。该装置的建立满足了煤矿用拖曳电缆曲绕性能的综合检测,达到设计要求。 In view of the lack of effective testing device for domestic coal mine towed cables,a set of winding test device for towing cable used in coal mine is developed.The device simulate the traction and winding work state of the towed cable during the retractable process.It has the functions of real-time automatic acquisition of cable tension and resistance changes,recording winding times and so on.The structure,testing principle and function realization of the test device are mainly introduced.The installation of the device meets the design requirements of the comprehensive detection of the winding performance of the towed cable in the coal mine.
