摘要
旋挖钻机在普通地层施工和研究都达到了一定的水平,但是施工单位对大粒径卵砾石地层的掘进研究非常欠缺。通过对大粒径卵砾石地层的特性和负载敏感型旋挖钻机工作时钻头扭矩进行分析,并建立仿真模型,在实验室内研究大粒径卵砾石层的钻进施工方法,为相关地层的施工提供理论参考,有效减少旋挖钻机施工事故。
The rotary drilling rig working in the ordinary layer has arrived a greet level,but it is insufficient in the large diameter gravel layer.Focusing on the large diameter gravel layer and the drill torque of sensitivity loading,we build a simulation mode to explore the way of drilling in the lab for providing a theoretical reference to reduce the accident.
