摘要
基于硅铁冶炼炉的运行特点和烟尘中SiO2微硅粉积灰特性的试验结果,采用针形管余热锅炉和脉冲(激波)吹灰技术,设计硅铁冶炼炉烟气余热发电系统。所建系统运行稳定、可靠,开创了硅铁冶炼炉余热利用、节能降耗和减少排放污染典型成功案例。
The test results of grey characteristics of SiO2 micro silica productoperation characteristics and soot ferrosilicon smelting furnace based, the needle pipe waste heat boiler and pulse ash blowing technology, flue gas waste heat power generation system design of ferrosilicon smelting furnace. The system is stable, reliable, pioneered in reducing energy consumption and pollution emission typical successful case, waste heat utilization of ferrosilicon smelting furnace.
