摘要
将氧化和氨法技术相结合对硅冶炼烟气同时脱硫脱硝,得到的副产物中主要含有硫酸铵和硝酸铵。通过试验考察了硫酸铵和硝酸铵在溶液中共存时结晶过程的影响因素,并利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对硫酸铵晶体的粒径分布、形貌结构和晶体晶型进行分析。试验结果表明:在pH=6、结晶温度为60℃的条件下得到的硫酸铵晶体粒径分布更加均匀,晶体形态更为规整;混合结晶硫酸铵晶体的粒径随着硝酸铵含量的增加而减小,且变得更为规整,棱角更为分明。
The by-products from simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of silicon smelting flue gas by combining oxidation and ammonia technology mainly contain ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate.The factors affecting the crystallization process of ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate in solution were investigated,and the particle size distribution,morphology and crystal form of ammonium sulfate crystal were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the particle size distribution of ammonium sulfate crystal is more uniform and the crystal morphology is more regular under the condition of pH=6 and crystallization temperature of 60℃;The particle size of mixed crystalline ammonium sulfate crystal decreases with the increase of ammonium nitrate content,and becomes more regular and angular.
