摘要
朴炳奎教授认为,结直肠癌为本虚标实之证,本虚在于脾胃虚弱、气血亏虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚,标实在于湿热内蕴、瘀毒内结。治疗方面以健脾益肾、行气化湿、解毒抗癌为主,且须根据不同时期辨证施治。
Prof. PIAO Bingkui believes that colorectal cancer is a kind of disease with excessive manifestation and deficient root cause. Deficient root cause means spleen-stomach deficiency, qi-blood deficiency, liver-kidney yin deficiency and spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Excessive manifestation means damp-heat accumulating interior and stasis-toxin binding interior. The commonly used treatment is strengthening the spleen, nourishing the kidney, activating qi, transforming damp, clearing toxin and anticancer according to TCM syndrome identification at different stages
