摘要
提出了考虑回归水重复利用的灌溉水利用效率指标及节水潜力计算方法.以柳园口灌区为背景,基于灌区地表水-地下水耦合模型进行不同节水措施下水平衡要素的模拟成果,计算分析了不同节水措施下是否考虑回归水重复利用的灌溉水利用效率指标及节水潜力.结果表明:考虑回归水重复利用的灌溉水利用效率指标明显大于传统灌溉水利用系数,在回归水重复利用较高的井灌区差异更明显;在回归水重复利用不明显的引黄区,两种计算方法得到的节水潜力差异不大,总体表现为传统方法略大;在回归水利用较明显的井灌区,针对提高回归水重复利用不明显的节水措施,传统方法会高估节水潜力,而针对提高回归水重复利用明显的节水措施,传统方法会低估节水潜力.
Irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE) and calculation method of water-saving potential (WSP) were put forward in this pa- per. Under different water-saving measures in the Liuyuankou Irrigation District, the water balance factors were simulated using inte- grated surface and groundwater model, then IWUE and WSP were calculated and analysed under the two following conditions : consider- ing reuse of return flow and without considering reuse of return flow. The results show that: IWUE considering reuse of return flow is significantly greater than that of traditional IWUE without reuse of return flow, the difference is more significant in the well irrigation ar- ea where reuse of return flow is obvious; in the cannal irrigation aera that use little return flow, WSP under two different calculation methods have little difference, and in general the traditional WSP (without reuse of return flow) result is little larger; in the well irriga- tion area that use obvious return flow, the WSP is over estimated by the traditional method under water-saving measure which can't ob- viously increase reuse of return flow, in contrary, the WSP is under estimated by the traditional method under the water-saving measure which can obviously increase reuse of return flow.
