摘要
"十一五"末期,昆明市实施了将城市污水处理厂的二级出水,回补城区河道上游的系列工程,以同时解决滇池流域河道污染和城市水资源短缺问题.为研究污水处理厂回补水的实际净化效果,以昆明市第二污水处理厂回补水注入的大清河系为研究对象,分析了化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_3-N)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)4种指标在回补水作用下的变化情况及其背后的原因.结果表明,回补水使河水中COD、氨氮、总磷和总氮4种主要污染指标均有明显降低,并能有效地消除大清河原有的黑臭问题.经过回补水净化后的大清河下游COD和氨氮在多数月份的浓度能达到地表水Ⅲ~Ⅳ类标准;总氮大幅度下降,总磷污染也有所减轻.污水处理厂出水回补之后有待解决的主要问题是如何进一步降低河道中的总氮和总磷.
At the end of "11th five-year plan", Kunming began to implement the systematic projects to recharge the city rivers with the secondary treatment effluent in order to resolve the water pollution and water shortage problems in Dianchi basin simultaneously. To investigate the real purifying effect of water recharge from the secongdary treatment plant, the variations of COD, NH3-N, TP and TN as well as possible mechanism of these changes were studied in I)aqing river system which receives the effluent of Kunming Second Sewage Treatment Plant. Results show that secongdary treatment effluent can efficiently reduce the aforementioned four contamination indexes and eliminate the problem of the black and stink of the Daqing river. In most of the months Daqing river achieved the surface water class Ill to class IV standard regarding COD and NH3-N, and accordingly TN was deciined substantially and TP control was also improved. The main problem that still has to be resolved is to reduce the TN and TP in river water further after the water rechange.
