摘要
发展专业化、科学化的人才队伍是破解高校数字图书馆建设发展问题的关键。从高校数字图书馆建设发展实际出发,立足人才队伍培养发展路径中存在的实际问题,展开分析。文章结合从业人员在专业意识、知识结构和发展速度几个方面存在提升空间,提出应建立专业人才培养发展基地、设置专业化的人才培养课程与教材并建立专业人才从业资格制度,增强职业认同感,来开展图书馆馆员人才队伍培养发展工作。
It＇ s the key to solve the problem of university digital library construction on building a professional and scientifically talent team. This passage analyses from the practice of construction development in university digital library, based on the actual problems existing in the personnel training path. Combining with the development space such as professional consciousness, knowledge structure and development speed. It put forward the idea of setting development of talent cultivation, professional talent training courses with teaching materials and building system of profes sional qualifications. Its aim is to enhance professional identity and develop the librarian training.
