摘要
由于地方政府的高度重视和大力投入,中山大学广州市图书馆专业人才高级研修班主办和承办单位秉承“面向现实、面向未来、面向社会”的理念进行课程设计,采用将理念传授、能力培养、素质教育三者融于一体的培训方式,为广州市图书馆事业培养了人才,也为其他地方政府支持图书馆事业的发展提供了可资借鉴的范例。
This article reviews the advanced training program at Sun Yat- sen University for public librarians in Guangzhou during May 8th to June 6th 2006. With the strong support of Guangzhou municipal government, the program successes in organization, course design and professional visit. As the first interive public librarians training program in China, it sets a good example for this kind of programs.
