摘要
在含硫地层进行钻井过程中,循环返出的钻井液可能含有硫化氢等有害物质,必须采用密闭系统对钻井液进行处理后才能进行欠平衡钻井作业。在使用密闭系统进行钻井作业过程中,现有的常规开放式岩屑录井取样方式和装置将不能满足密闭系统运行的安全性和可靠性要求。为了在密闭系统中能够安全、方便且及时的获取地层岩屑样品,以满足录井需要,研制了密闭系统取样装置。在完成装置样机的试制和室内试验后,进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,该装置结构设计合理,系统运行安全平稳,采集的岩屑品质较好,能够满足现场岩屑录井要求。该装置的研制填补了国内空白,为密闭循环系统配套的进一步研制和推广提供了可靠的装备支撑。
During underbalanced drilling in sulfur formation,the returning fluid which contains H2S must be disposed in a closed loop system,but the conventional open- type cuttings logging method and equipment couldn't meet the requirements of closed loop system working( reliability and safety). Based on the need of cuttings logging,the sample catcher used in fluid closed loop system was developed,where the cuttings from the well can be got without delay in an easy and safe way. Through field application,the results showed that the structure of the sample catcher was reasonable,the control system could run safely,collective cuttings sample quality was better,and the sample catcher could meet the need of field cuttings logging.
