摘要
钻井用四相分离器是应用于欠平衡作业或者常规钻井中的地面分离装置,其独特的结构设计使它在钻进过程中精确地分离所有从井筒中产出和/或循环出的液体、原油、气体和固体。文章简要介绍了在研的WS1.6-6-1.5/1型钻井用四相分离器的结构和主要技术特点的基础上,对钻井用四相分离器应用范围以及发展前景做初步探讨。分析认为,钻井用四相分离器可以在产油地层钻井作业、欠平衡作业以及封闭式欠平衡作业中发挥重要作用。而且认为待其开发应用进入成熟阶段后,通过进一步改进结构,钻井用四相分离器具有物理除泡的潜力。
The paper presented the design characteristic of WS1.6-6-1.5/1 type Four Phase Separator, and analyzed its range of application and development foreground. Analysis results that Four Phase Separator used in drilling can play an important role in oil field drilling operation, underbalanced drilling and enclosed type underbalanced drilling. Further, through improving the structure of Four Phase Separator, it has the potential to act as physics debubble equipment when its application grows to maturity.
