摘要
目的：分析肾上腺皮质激素用于呼吸内科的方法与效果。方法选取呼吸内科2012年1月～2013年12月收治的50例支气管哮喘患者及50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）患者，均随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组均予以常规治疗，观察组予以肾上腺皮质激素治疗，对比不同疗法临床效果。结果 COPD两组患者治疗后肺功能均得到改善（P＜0.05），且观察组改善效果大于对照组（P＜0.05）。支气管哮喘观察组患者治疗后好转率100％，优于对照组的48％（ P＜0.05）。结论肾上腺皮质激素用于呼吸内科临床可有效改善临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the adrenal cortex hormones for respiratory medicine methods and results .Methods 50 cases and 50 cases of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group , the control group were given con-ventional treatment , observation group were given adrenocorticotropic hormone therapy , compared to the clinical effects of different treatments.Results After the treatment,lung function in COPD patients were improved （P〈0.05）,and the effect of improving the observation group were better than the control group , there was statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）.After the treatment ,Observed in patients with bronchial asthma improvement rate were 100%,better than the control group （48%）,there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Adrenocorticotropic hormone used in clinical respiratory medicine can improve clinical efficacy.
