摘要
我国高校竞技体育赛事资源配置主要依赖政府计划性调节,资源市场化配置明显欠缺。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和对比分析法等,以我国高校竞技体育赛事资源为研究对象,分析高校竞技体育赛事资源系统存在的失衡现象,提出了高校竞技体育赛事资源优化配置的总体思路,指出高校竞技体育资源优化配置的关键在于充分发挥市场在高校竞技体育运行中的基础性调节作用。
In Chinese colleges and universities, competitive sports resource allocation mainly depends on government planning adjustment, so the marketization of resources allocation is obviously deficient. Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire, expert interview and contrast-analysis, taking competitive sports resources in Chinese colleges and universities as research objects, this article analyses the imbalance phenomenon of competitive sports resources system in colleges and universities, puts forward the general idea of resources allocation, and points out that giving full play of the basic regulatory role of market in the running of college and university competitive sports is the key to the optimized allocation of competitive sports resources.
