摘要
针对一体式电袋复合除尘器中气流分布存在的问题,采用数值模拟手段,开发出一种新的除尘器内部气流分配方式,从而使得除尘器内部电除尘区域的气流趋向均匀,袋除尘区域的气流上升速度变小,电袋复合除尘器的性能得以明显改善。实践表明:采用新结构的电袋复合除尘器完全满足了粉尘排放的要求。
To solve the problems existing in airflow distribution of an ESP-FF (electrostatic precipitatorfabric filter) hybrid dust collectors, a new airflow distribution is numerically developed, which makes the airflow in ESP area be more uniform and the airflow rising velocity in FF area be slower, and therefore obviously improves the performance of the ESP-FF hybrid dust collector. Application results show that the newly-structured ESP-FF hybrid dust collector can completely meet relevant requirements on dust emission.
