研究市场上热销的不同蜂王浆产品中氨基酸的含量和组成,将市场购置的6种蜂产品经盐酸水解法处理后,用氨基酸自动分析仪同时测定17种氨基酸的含量,并对其氨基酸的组成和生理功效进行分析。
To research the amino acids composition and nutritional functions of market sell royal jelly products , we test the 17 amino acids contents by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis pretreatment method and amino acids analyzer, as well as studied the nutritional and physiological functions.
