摘要
限食疗法被认为是延缓肥胖、糖尿病及心血管疾病等慢性疾病发生、发展最有效的非药物干预措施之一.目前研究认为,即使是短期限食,亦能安全、有效地预防及治疗心血管疾病.限食可减轻心室肥厚、降低动脉粥样硬化风险、改善心肌缺血及心功能等,其机制可能包括抑制氧化应激、减轻炎性反应、改善线粒体功能、调节心肌凋亡及自噬等.
Calorie restriction therapy is considered as one of the most effective non-pharmaceutical interventions to delay chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes,cardiovascular disease and so on.Current studies suggest that even a short period of calorie restriction can prevent and even treat the cardiovascular diseases safely and effectively.Calorie restriction can reduce ventricular hypertrophy,reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, improve myocardial ischemia and even improve cardiac function. And the possible mechanisms include inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammation, improving mitochondrial function, regulating myocardial apoptosis and autophagy, etc.
