摘要
农产品具有鲜活性、易腐烂性等特点,运输环节必须采用冷链物流。为了获取农产品在储运过程中的环境信息,运用Zigbee技术设计了一种农产品冷链环境信息采集节点。首先分析了农产品冷链监控要素,以此为着重点搭建采集节点硬件电路以及设计其软件流程,并对节点之间的通信性能进行了测试。结果表明:节点发射功率为1dBm时具有最佳的通信性能表现,在20m范围内接收信号强度可保证在-90dBm以上,丢包率可控制在5%以内。
As a special commodity,agricultural products must in cold chain logistics for its perishable.In order to obtain the environment information of cold chain logistics,this paper designs agricultural products cold chain logistics wireless sensor nodes based on Zigbee technology.After analyzing the requirement of the agricultural products cold chain monitoring,sensor nodes realize to collect temperature and humidity data in a real-time way through designed of hardware circuit and software function.The testing results show that when the node transmission power is 1 dBm,it has the best communication performance.The received signal strength can be guaranteed above-90 dBm within 20 m,and the packet loss rate can be controlled within 5%.
