摘要
实践性知识与教师的生命经历紧密相连,与其专业生涯密切相关,与自身的体验和感悟密不可分。它将教师的个人生活史与专业生活史紧密地联系在一起,并随之持续地发生、变化、重组、发展。教师实践性知识的形成与发展以个体经验的独特建构为生成基础,并在教师所在的实践共同体中进行意义协商,最后在教师的多元反思中持续更新。
Practical knowledge is closely connected with the teachers' life experiences, professional career and the teachers' feeling and awareness. Practical knowledge closely contacts the teachers' personal life histories and professional life histories, it changes and develops with them. The devel- opment of teachers' practical knowledge is based on the special structure of the personal experi- ences, and it must be consulted in practical communities, and it innovates through the teachers' continuous reflection.
