摘要
探讨了植物外源激素对食叶害虫舞毒蛾的防治效果及其对植物固碳能力的影响.利用茉莉酸甲酯喷施兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)和杨树(Populus sp.),之后检测2种植物的生物量和叶绿素质量分数的变化,并测定取食2种处理后植物叶片的舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar L.)幼虫生长发育情况。结果表明:经外源茉莉酸甲酯处理的兴安落叶松的根干质量、鲜质量显著高于对照(P〈0.05),茎干质量、鲜质量显著低于对照(P〈0.05)。全株生物量与对照间差异不显著(P〉0.05);处理后的杨树根、茎的鲜质量、干质量及全株生物量均显著低于对照(P〈0.05)。茉莉酸甲酯处理后。兴安落叶松针叶内叶绿素b和总叶绿素质量分数在第5天、第10天显著高于对照(P〈0.05),处理10d后叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数与对照无显著差异;杨树叶片中,叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数只有在处理后第10天高于对照。之后均迅速降低,在处理15、25d显著低于对照(P〈0.05)。取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的兴安落叶松针叶的3—6龄舞毒蛾幼虫的体质量均显著低于对照组.取食处理组的各龄期虫体质量增长率亦显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的杨树叶片的舞毒蛾3、4、6龄幼虫体质量显著低于对照组。各龄期幼虫体质量增长率仅在3龄时显著低于取食对照组的(P〈0.05)。茉莉酸甲酯能诱导增强杨树和落叶松的抗虫防御反应.但导致杨树固碳能力降低,对落叶松固碳能力无显著影响。
We studied the effect of plant exogenous hormones on the Lymantria dispar L. control and the plant carbon sequestration capacity. After spraying the methyl jasmonate, we monitored the biomass and chlorophyll content of the Populus sp. and Larix gmelinii, and measured the growth and development of the L. dispar L. larvae feeding on the leaves of the sprayed plants. The root dry and fresh weights of the Lar/x gmelinii are significantly higher than those of un-sprayed control (P〈0.05). The stem dry and fresh weights are significantly lower than those of the control (P〈0.05), but there are no significant differences in the whole plant biomass between the sprayed treatments and un-sprayed controls ( P〉0.05 ). Both fresh and dry weights of roots, stems and the whole plant biomass of the Populus sp. are all significantly lower than those of the controls (P〈0.05). The chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll contents in Larix gmelinii needles are significantly higher than those of the control (P〈0.05) on the fifth and tenth day after spraying. Whereas, there are no significant differences (P〉0.05) in chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll content on tenth day after spraying. Contents of the three types of chlorophylls in the sprayed Populus sp. leaves are all higher than those of un-sprayed controls on tenth day after the treatment, and then start decreasing rapidly. They are all significantly lower than those in the un-sprayed controls on 15 th and 20 th days after spraying (P〈0.05). The body weights of the third to sixth instar L. dispar L. larvae feeding on the sprayed Larix gmelinii needles are lower than those on the un-sprayed control needles ( P〈0.05 ). The larval relative growth rates are also lower in the treatment group than those in the control group. The body weights of the third, fourth and sixth instar larvae feeding on the sprayed Populus sp. leaves are significantly lower than those on the unsprayed control needles ( P〈0.05 ).
