摘要
通过对东莞市镇街人民政府、施工单位、参建单位等的工程项目一线管理人员进行调研访谈,站在基层工作岗位的角度,介绍了东莞市镇街政府投资工程项目的概念和特点,提出了东莞市镇街政府投资工程项目管理模式的改进意见。
Through the investigation and interview to project frontline managers people of Dongguan town street government, construction units, participation units, standing in the angle of grass-roots work post, introduced the concept and characteristics of Dongguan town street government investment project, put forward improvement suggestion to investment project management mode in Dongguan town street government.
