摘要 为了解大学生的体育消费满意度,采用体育消费满意度量表对2 072名大学生进行了问卷调查。统计分析结果表明:(1)大学生体育消费总体满意度不高。比较来看,大学生对观赏和参与等活动类的体育消费评价较高,而对实物和资料类的体育消费评价较低;(2)男女大学生体育消费满意度的性别差异不显著,不同年级之间的差异显著。表现出随年级增长满意度逐年下降的趋势,显著差异出现在前两年和后两年之间;(3)体育消费满意度与体育消费水平具有显著的正相关关系。提高体育消费满意度可以促进消费者重复体育消费行为,提高体育消费水平;(4)体育消费满意度越高,大学生的每次锻炼时间越长、周锻炼次数越多、锻炼强度越大。体育锻炼行为和体育消费满意度有相互促进作用。 In order to understand the sports consumption satisfaction, 2072 university students were surveyed according to sports consumption satisfaction scale. The results show that: (1) the sports consumption satisfac tions of university students are not high overall, the satisfactions about sport anticipation and sport spectator are higher than the satisfactions about sport material and sport data. (2) The gender differences of the satisfactions are not significant; the differences among the different grades are significant. The satisfactions declined year by year with grade and significant differences is between the first two-grades and the other two-grades. (3) The sport consumption satisfactions are significantly correlated with the expenditure in sport. Improving sports con sumption satisfaction can promote consumer to repeat sports consumption behavior so as to improve the sports con sumption level. (4) The higher satisfaction the college students have, the longer time, the more times and the more great intensity they exercise. Exercise and sports consumption satisfaction play a role in promoting each oth er.
