摘要
自蔓延合成技术是利用粉末之间高放热反应产生的热量来生产先进材料的技术,几十年以来,对不同反应体系已经做了大量的基础研究。随着时间的推移,自蔓延合成技术通过与其它工艺手段有效结合,从而改善和减轻了自蔓延反应的固有缺陷,大幅度提高了常规生产的自蔓延产品性能。本文介绍了一些自蔓延辅助工艺,如重力场辅助、微波辅助、机械活化辅助、电场辅助、磁场辅助以及机械力辅助,讨论这些辅助工艺对合成产物性能的影响。最后指出了自蔓延合成辅助技术研究存在的问题和不足,提出了今后发展的主要方向。
Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is a kind of technique to produce advanced materials.For decades,a lot of fundamental research had been conducted with various reaction systems and many aided technologies were employed with attempt to improve the quality and reduce the inherent defects of SHS materials.Some of aided technologies,such as gravity field,microwave,mechanical activation,electric field,magnetic field and mechanical deformation/compaction were introduced in this paper.The effects of various aided technologies on the SHS materials were discussed.Based on the analysis,the existing problems and application prospect of SHS aided technology were pointed out and some suggestions were proposed.
