摘要 研究了添加剂对静态铝热SHS陶瓷涂层结构和性能的影响。试验得出,不同组成陶瓷层主要由α-Al2O3和少量铁尖晶石(FeO·Al2O3)组成。添加SiO2作为稀释剂可以形成低熔点的富Si相,改善陶瓷层脆性和致密性,从而提高力学性能和耐蚀性能。添加Al2O3对耐蚀性有利,添加铝对性能不利。 In this paper the influence of additives on the structure and properties of ceramic coating produced by static thermit SHS was investigated. It is obtained from experiments that the ceramic coating with various composition is mainly consisted of α-Al2O3 and a little of iron spinel (FeO·Al2O3).Adding SiO2 as diluent can produce silicon-rich structure with low melting point and improve brittleness and density of ceramic layer, thus having increased mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The ddifive, Al2O3 is of advantage for corrosion resistance. Additive of aluminium is harmful to properties.
