摘要 在阐述了用频响函数法估计车轮轴头载荷的原理的基础上,结合刚体动力学,采用附加质量块的方法推导出车轮轴头力与悬架响应之间的频响函数,进而估计出路面激励下的车轮轴头六分力。使用力锤法测量频响函数,并安装车轮力传感器进行试车场道路试验,采集车轮轴头六分力信号。试验采集的轴头力与估计的轴头载荷的对比结果,验证了用频响函数法估计车轮轴头力的有效性,最后讨论了偏差产生的原因。 After the principle of using frequency response function (FRF) method to estimate wheel spindle loads is expounded, and combined with rigid body dynamics, a FRF between suspension response and wheel spindle forces is derived with an additional rigid mass block mounted on wheel spindle, and the six component forces on wheel spindle under road excitation are estimated. The FRF is measured by hammering test, and a road test on proving ground is conducted with wheel force sensor installed, and the signals of six component forces on wheel spindle are collected. The results of comparison between wheel spindle loads estimated and that acquired in road test verify the effectiveness of FRF method in estimating wheel spindle forces with the cause of deviation discussed in the end.
