摘要
随着我国事业单位改革工作不断深化,处在转型过渡期的医药科研院所,需要通过加强产学研一体化,以实现可持续发展。目前,科研立项缺乏市场调研,科技转化吸引资金难度大,复合型人才缺乏。以上因素制约了医药科研院所产学研一体化。结合国外的经验,分析医药科研院所的优势与面临的挑战,通过创新药物占领市场,多渠道加强复合型人才的建设,与市场需求准确对接,以及借助"外脑"开发引资,加快产学研一体化的进程。产学研互相促进,进而达到社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。
As the reform of institutions goes further, medicine research institutions under the transformation period can realize the sustainable development by means of strengthening the integration of production, teaching and research. At present, there are many factors such as lack of the market study in scientific research projects, great difficulties in attracting funds, the shortage of inter-disciplinary professionals, which have hampered the development of the integration of production, teaching and research. Combining foreign practice and giving analysis to the advantages and challenges, the process of the integration of production, teaching and research is accelerated through the following approaches： occupying markets by innovative drug, strengthening the cultivation of inter-disciplinary professionals through many channels, developing the accurate juncture between research and market demand, attracting investment with the help of management consulting. The brilliant achievements of both social and economic benefits are created by the mutual pro- motion of production, teaching and research.
