摘要
公立医院科研人员肩负着前沿医学科技创新、临床研究成果转化,以及诊疗新技术、新方案等的产出,其创新行为直接关系着医疗卫生服务水平持续提升。本文从公立医院产学研合作、科研绩效评估与科研人才创新三个层面分析目前的发展及研究现状,探寻公立医院高质量发展背景下,科研绩效评估在体系创新、模式创新和管理创新的发展路径。
Scientific research personnel are responsible for cutting-edge medical technology innovation,the transformation of clinical research results,and the output of new diagnostic and therapeutic technologies,as well as new treatment protocols.Their innovative behaviors are directly related to the continuous improvement of medical and health service levels.This article analyzed the current development and research status from three perspectives,including industry-academia-research collaboration,scientific research performance assessment,and innovation by scientific research personnel in public hospitals.Then the research explored the development pathways of research performance evaluation in aspects of system innovation,model innovation,and management innovation under the background of the high-quality development of public hospitals.
