摘要
随着世界的快速发展,中国已经成为让全球都开始关注的国家。在今后的若干年中,中国的改革开放势必会不断深入,中国已然迈出走向世界的步伐。因此,跨文化交流会日趋频繁,其主要体现之一就是来华留学生数量的激增。探讨不同文化背景下的留学生管理,有利于发现在管理中存在的新问题和面临的挑战,帮助留学生尽快适应中国文化的方法,使他们能够在中国快乐地学习,同时能够为留学生管理者提供一些建议,使管理工作更有效。
With the rapid development of the world,China has attracted attention from the global society.In the next several years,with the futher development of Chinese reform and opening-up, the country has got a conspicuous achievement.Therefore,cross-cultural communication will become more and more frequent,one of the main manifestations is the increasing number of international students.Exploring the management skills under different cultural background can benefit for the managers to discover new problems and challenges during teaching and administrating in order to help students adapt to the method of China culture as soon as possible,so as to study comfortably in China.It also can provide some suggestions for the management of students,make the management work more effective.
