摘要
目的观察利巴韦林与蒲地蓝联合治疗普通手足口病的疗效。方法将住院的典型手足口病患儿120例随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予蒲地蓝及利巴韦林,对照组60例给予利巴韦林治疗,所有患儿均给于补液、对症等治疗。比较两组患者的热退时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔炎愈合时间和总病程。结果观察组症状体征消退时间及总病程均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论利巴韦林及蒲地蓝联合可有效治疗手足口病,且无明显副作用。
Objective To observe two drugs combined application curative effects of HFMD. Methods Total of 120 patients with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups： one group was treated with Ribavirin and Pudilan, another group was treated with Ribavirin.and all the cases were given fluid infusion, such as fever general treatment, theamal annealing time, skin rash subsided time, stomatitis healing time and total duration of symptoms were compared. Results Symptoms and signs subsided time and total duration of observation group were less than the control group. Conclusion Ribavirin and Pudilan combined application can be effective in treating pediatric HFMD.
