摘要
针对T91与12Cr1MoV等异种钢在火力发电机组的应用中,因各个部位工作温度的不同而产生的焊接问题,对T91与12Cr1MoV异种钢的焊接性进行了分析,并制定了合理的焊接工艺措施。通过在焊接过程中严格控制预热温度、层间温度、焊后热处理参数等措施完成了焊接试验,并应用于生产实践中,取得了较好的效果。通过试验,也证明了所用焊接工艺参数及焊接方法的合理性。
Aim at the welding problems of T91 and 12Cr1MoV dissimilar steel occurred in thermal generator unit, which caused by different working temperature in dissimilar steel various parts, the weldability of SA213-T91 and 12Cr1MoV dissimilar steel was analyzed, and reasonable welding process was established. Through strict control of preheating temperature, interlayer-temperature, post-welding heat treatment parameters and other measures, the welding test was completed. This welding process was applied to practice, and achieved good results. The test result showed that the welding process parameters and welding method are reasonable.
