摘要
电站锅炉安装中已普遍采用了T91钢与12Cr1MoV钢异种钢接头。异种钢接头的焊接质量,主要取决于被焊金属的物理-化学性能及焊接时所采用的焊接工艺。本文从焊材选择、工艺参数、焊接热规范等几个方面对T91/12Cr1MoV异种钢接头的焊接工艺作了详细介绍。
The dissimilar steel joint of T91 steel and 12CrlMoV steel are widely adopted in boiler installation of power plant. The weld quality of dissimilar steel joint depends on the physical and chemical character of welded metals and welding techniques. The article carefully introduces the choice of welding flux, technologieal parameter and welding thermodynamic criterion of T91/12Cr 1MoV dissimilar steel tie-in welding process.
