摘要
近年来,餐饮业发展突飞猛进,餐饮企业与原辅料种养殖业、物流运输业、旅游业、会展培训等行业联系愈发紧密,融为一体。餐饮产业化不断发展壮大,成为推动餐饮业优化、升级、转型的主要因素。文章概述了餐饮产业化发展现状,深入剖析了餐饮产业化发展中出现的问题,对餐饮产业化未来发展趋势进行了预测和解读。
In recent years,the rapid development of the catering industry has strengthened its close ties with farming,logistics, tourism and exhibition training, etc. The ever-growing industrialization of the industry has been a major force for its optimization,upgrading and transformation. This paper summarizes the current status of its industrialization process, analyzes the problems, and offers a prediction and interpretation of its future trends.
