护理专业学生实习期间差错取向的现状分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨护理专业学生实习期间的差错取向现状及其相关影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,应用Rybowiak等编制、由郭维维等翻译的中文版差错取向问卷,对福州市3所三级甲等医院实习的护理专业328名学生进行调查。结果护理专业实习学生差错取向的得分为(2.93±0.52)分,经成组t检验、单因素方差分析,男生的风险承受能力高于女生(P<0.05);农村生源的实习生相较于非农村者更善于进行差错沟通(P<0.05);而不同学历实习学生的差错取向中有5个维度存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应尽快建立实习生无惩罚性护理差错管理制度,以引导实习生差错学习、差错思考,增强学生应对差错的信心。 Objective To investigate the status and related factors of error orientation among nursing students in clinical practice. Methods A total of 328 nursing students in clinical practice were recruited by convenience sampling method from three first-class hospitals in Fuzhou. They were investigated with the Chinese version of Error Orientation Questionnaire(EOQ). Results The average score of error orientation among nursing students in clinical practice was (2.93±0.52). Male students' score of error risk taking was significantly higher than female students (P〈0.05) ;students from rural areas got higher score on error communication(P〈0.05);with the difference of nursing students' program level, the scores of 5 in 8 error orientation scales were significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is urgent to establish the non-punitive error management system, in order to guide the students to thinking and learning from errors, and to enhance their confidence in coping with errors.
