摘要
采用超高效液相色谱和液相串联质谱法对美白化妆品中的杜鹃醇进行测定.样品用乙醇振荡后超声提取10 min,经离心和滤膜过滤后,采用超高效液相色谱在280 nm波长下检测、或采用液相串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)在大气压化学离子源(APCI)负离子模式下测定化妆品中的杜鹃醇.超高效液相色谱法下,杜鹃醇在2~12 mg/L间呈线性关系(r=0.9997),加标回收率为92.9%~97.1%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~1.5%,检测限为200 mg/kg;液相串联质谱法下,杜鹃醇在5~25 μg/L间呈线性关系(r=0.9975),加标回收率为97%~105%,相对标准偏差为3.08%~9.48%,检测限为0.5mg/kg.
A method for determination and quantification of rhododendrol in whitening cosmetics by UPLC and HPLC-MS/MS was established.The cosmetic samples were extracted with ethanol under ultrasonic for 10 min,filtered with filter membrane after centrifugalization,and then detected by UPLC at 280 nm.The rhododendrol in cosmetics were detected and identified by HPLC-MS/MS with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) negative ion mode.In UPLC method the linear range was 2-12 mg/L (r=0.9997),the recoveries were 92.9% to 97.1% with the relative standard deviation of 0.4% to 1.5% and the limit of quantification was 200 mg/kg.In HPLC-MS/MS method the linear range was 5-25 μg/L (r =0.9975),the recoveries were 97% to 105% with the relative standard deviation of 3.08% to 9.48%,and the limit of quantification was 0.5 mg/kg.
