摘要
研究并实践基于个性化教育的目标教学法,提高应用性人才培养质量。通过分类教学对象、分级教学目标构建目标教学法运行体系,实施课程教学质量闭环控制。运用相对个性化目标教学法能激发学生内在能动性,促使学生进行自主学习。
An objective teaching is researched and practiced based on personalized education in teaching practices. By classifying learners and grating aims of lesson, an operating rule of personalized objective teaching is presented for the close-cycle control of teaching quality. The reform of objective teaching method can give remarkably play to students' learning motivation, stimulate students' interest in study, and make themselves study strenuously.
