4种神经功能评分法在大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型中的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比研究前肢踩空实验、Longa 5分、Ludmila Belayev 12分及提尾悬空摇摆实验(EBST)4种神经功能评分法在大鼠缺血性卒中模型恢复期的适用情况。方法 SD大鼠随机分为大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)组与假手术组(Sham)。线栓法制作大鼠MCAO缺血90min后再灌注模型,Sham组插栓至大脑中动脉后立即拔出线栓。于造模后2h,1d,3d,7d,10d,14d,17d,21d,24d,28d采用4种神经功能评分法进行神经功能缺损评估,对评分结果进行统计学分析。结果 MCAO组与Sham组间4种行为学评分比较,前肢踩空实验(P<0.05)、Longa 5分(P<0.01)、Ludmila Belayev 12分(P<0.01)3种评分法随时间点变化有统计学差异,EBST随时间变化没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。对两组间每个时间点的行为学评分进行两两比较结果显示,Longa评分法在7d,10d,14d,17d,21 d,24d,28d没有统计学差异(P>0.05),EBST在21d,24d,28d没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论前肢踩空实验、12分评分法均能较好地评估大鼠MCAO模型慢性恢复期神经功能缺损情况。Longa评分、EBST不能有效评估大鼠MCAO模型慢性恢复期神经功能缺损情况。 Objective To comparatively study on the application of four kinds of neurological function rating systems including forelimb placing test,Longa 5 scores,Ludmila Belayev 12 scores,and Elevated Body Swing Test at the period of chronic recovery on focal cer -ebral ischemic models in rats .Methods SD rats were randomly divided into MCAO ( middle cerebral artery occlusion ) group and Sham group:suture method was used in MCAO ,reperfusion after 90 minutes.Immediately Pulled out suture while plugging to middle cerebral artery in Sham group.To assess and analyze the outcomes by forelimb placing test ,Longa 5 scores,12 scores,and EBST neurological function rating systems in two groups at 2h,1d,3d,7d,10d,14d,17d,21d,24d,28d.Results The analysis of scores at different time point between the two groups showed:no statistic significance existed at 7d,10d,14d,17d,21d,24d,28d in Longa,no statistic significance existed at 21d,24d,28d in EBST.Conclusion Forelimb placing test and 12 scores neurological function rating systems can well evaluate the neurological condition of rats in chronic convalescence ,Longa 5 scores and EBST not effectively assess the neurological condition of rats in chronic convalescence .
