摘要
我国大学生就业机制改革历经指令性计划分配、指令性计划分配向市场导向就业过渡和市场导向就业三个发展阶段。突破就业市场机制尚未完善、市场主导地位不突出、就业服务不到位的现状,需要从市场资源配置为导向角度反思,从建设就业市场、打造就业服务队伍、丰富就业指导内容等方面完善,以建设区域性就业、创业促就业的就业机制作为创新,从根本革除传统就业机制遗留的积弊。
Up to now, the reform of Chinese college student employment mechanism has got through threre developmental stages, which include the mandatorily planned distribution, the transition from the mandatorily distribution to the market directional employment and the market directional employment. In order to break through the situations like the imperfect employment market, less prominent market- based positions and the unreachable employment service, we need to introspect about all these situations from the oriented angle of the market resource allocation. We also need to complete the whole mechanism in the terms of strengthening the talent market, forming a firstclass employment service team and enriching employment mentoring contents. What g more, it is important for us to construct the regional employment and set the career - creating employment mechanism which can promote social employment as innovations. All these steps above can get rid of the weaknesses which are left over by the traditional employment mechanism.
