摘要
根据对新疆6所高等院校的在校大学生进行的问卷调查结果,对新疆地区大学生的就业预期、就业期望、自身能力的评价和对就业问题的看法进行了统计与分析,并对如何解决当前西部地区大学生的就业问题提出了一些看法和建议。
According to a questionnaire survey conducted of college students in the six colleges and universities in Xinjiang,this article carries on the statistics and analysis of their job prospects,job expectations,their own ability of self-evaluation and views on the issue of employment,then gives some observations and suggestions on how to solve the employment problem of university students in the western region,which is to provide some reference to the people interested in this issue and to promote the employment of university students in the western region.
