水垢去除剂与除锈剂联合使用在器械清洗中的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察水垢去除剂和除锈剂联合使用在去除复用医疗器械表面锈斑和水垢斑过程中的效果。方法将经过多酶清洗消毒后有水垢斑和锈斑的器械随机分为两组,每组换药碗、弯盘、止血钳和镊子各30把,试验组采用除锈剂浸泡;对照组采用水垢去除剂浸泡,比较两种清洗方法不同浸泡时间的器械清洗合格率。结果试验组浸泡10、30、60min清洗合格率均为92.5%;对照组浸泡10、30、60min清洗合格率分别为65.0%、80.0%、92.5%;试验组不合格样品9件,经再次应用1∶7除锈剂浸泡10min清洗,合格6件;对照组不合格样品25件,经再次应用1∶7除锈剂浸泡10min清洗,合格23件,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论水垢去除剂和除锈剂联合使用浸泡时间短,对器械表面锈斑和水垢斑均有较好的去除作用,该方法可以提高器械的清洗效率和清洗质量。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of combined use of scale remover and rust remover on cleaning the rust spot and scale spot on the surface of reused surgical instruments.METHODS The instruments with scale and rust spots after being cleaned and disinfected with multi-enzyme were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Each group consisted of 30dressing bowls,30kidney basins,30haemostatic forceps and 30tweezers.In the experimental group,the surgical instruments were soaked into the solution prepared with scale remover,In the control group,the surgical instruments were soaked into the solution prepared with scale remover.The cleaning qualification rates of the instruments cleaned by two different methods after different soaking time were compared between the two groups.RESULTS In the experimental group,the cleaning qualification rates of the instruments after 10minutes,30minutes and 60minutes soaking were all 92.5%;in the control group,the cleaning qualification rates of the instruments after 10minutes,30minutes and 60minutes soaking were 65%,80%,92.5% respectively.There were 9unqualified instruments in experimental group,with 6instruments becoming qualified after being soaked in the solution(1∶7)for 10minutes.There were 25unqualified instruments in control group with 23instruments becoming qualified after being soaked in the solution(1∶7)for 10minutes.There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01).CONCLUSIONThe combined use of scale remover and rust remover has better removing effect for scale and rust spots on the surface of surgical instruments with shorter soaking time,therefore,the method can improve cleaning efficiency and quality for instruments.
