摘要
目的探讨消毒供应室负压超声波清洗机的使用与清洗质量的护理效果。方法收集200件被污染的医疗器件作为研究对象,根据清洗方式的差异性分为观察组和对照组,各100件。对观察组采取常规人工刷洗的清洗方式,而对照组则采取负压超声波清洗机进行清洗。研究结束后,对比两组的清洗质量。结果观察组和对照组采取两种不同的清洗方式之后,均取得了一定的效果,但对照组的清洗质量明显高于观察组,且两组差距较为显著,具有一定的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用负压超声波清洗机对医疗设备进行清洗,可以有效的提高清洗质量,具有不错的实用性,并值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of the use and cleaning quality of negative pressure ultrasonic cleaner in disinfection supply room.Methods Two hundred contaminated medical devices were collected as research objects.According to the difference of cleaning methods,the observation group and the control group were divided into 100 pieces.The observation group was cleaned by conventional manual brushing,while the control group was cleaned by negative pressure ultrasonic cleaner.After the study,the quality of the two groups was compared.Results After the observation group and the control group adopted two different cleaning methods,some effects were obtained,but the cleaning quality of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of negative pressure ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean medical equipment can effectively improve the cleaning quality,has good practicability,and is worth further promotion.
