摘要
目的：观察国产替吉奥（ S-1） 联合奥沙利铂（L-OHP）治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及安全性.方法：回顾性分析62例晚期胃癌患者,治疗组患者S-1 ＋ L-OHP方案30例,具体为：S-1 40～60mg/次口服,2次/d,d1-d14,L-OHP 130mg/m2静滴3h,d1,3 周为1周期.对照组患者FOL-FOX方案32例：氟尿嘧啶500mg/m2微量泵持续 24h 静滴,d1-d5,亚叶酸钙200mg/m2静滴,d1-d5,L-OHP 130mg/m2静滴3h,d1,3 周为1周期,2周期后评价疗效及观察不良反应.结果：62 例患者均可评价疗效和不良反应,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为53.3%和40.6%,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但治疗组患者的疾病控制率为 83.3%,优于对照组65.6%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组.结论：替吉奥联合奥沙利铂化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效较好,不良反应轻.
Objective：To observe short-term effects and safety of domestic tegafur, gimeracil and oteracil capsules （S-1）combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods：62 cases with the advanced gastric cancer from March2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into treatment group （30 cases, orally taking S-1 40-60mg/ time and2 times/ day, d1-d14, and given L-OHP 130mg/ m2 through intravenous injection for 3h, d1,） and control group （32 cases, givenfluorouracil 500 mg/ m2 through continuous intravenous injection with the micro pump for 24h, d1-d5, calcium folinate 200 mg/ m2through intravenous injection, d1-d5, and L-OHP 130mg/ m2 through intravenous injection for 3h, d1）. 3 weeks was a cycle. 2 cy-cles later, the effects were evaluated and adverse reactions were observed. Results： For the 62 patients, the effects and adverse reac-tions could be evaluated. The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 53. 3% and 40. 6%, respectively, and therewas no statistically significant difference （P〉0. 05）. The disease control rate of was treatment group （83. 3%） was better than that ofcontrol group （65. 6%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Moreover, the incidence of the adverse reactionstreatment group was lower than that of control group. Conclusions： S-1 combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastriccancer has better short-term effects and milder adverse reactions.
