摘要
基于Ag^+催化过硫酸盐氧化铍试剂Ⅱ(C20H21O15S4N2Na)的褪色反应及动力学条件,建立了测定痕量银的催化光度法。该法检测范围为0-4μg/10ml的Ag^+,检测下限为0.02μg/10ml。经巯基棉分离富集,可用于合金及岩矿中痕量银的测定,回收率在91.8%-104%之间。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace silver has been developed .The method is based on the catalytic effect of silver on the oxidational discoloration of beryllium(Ⅱ) in 0.5 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution. The linear range of determination for the silver is 0~4μg/10 ml μg/10 ml.The detection limit of the method is 0.02μg/10 ml.The method can be used for the determination of silver in alloy and mineral.
