摘要
在聚乙烯醇存在下,银与邻氯苯基荧光酮及邻菲啰啉形成离子缔合型异配位体络合物使邻氯苯基荧光酮的荧光熄灭。在pH6.4~7.2的HAc-NH4Ac或NH3·H2O-NH4Ac介质中,λex=400nm,λem=550nm,体系的相对荧光强度最大,线性范围为0~500μg/L,检出限为0.013mg/L,方法用于阳极泥中银的测定,结果满意。
The present method is based on the fluorescence quenching effect of silver on 1, 10-phenanthroline/o-chlorophenyl in the presence of PVA due to the formation of a non-fluorescent ion-association isoligand complex in pH 6. 4 ~7. 2 HAc-NH4Ac or NH2·H2O-NH4Ac medium. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 400 nm and 550 nm, respectively. The linear range is 0~500μg/L. The detection limit is 0. 013 mg/L. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Ag(Ⅰ ) in anode mud with satisfactory results.
